The sandwiched layer of aluminium between SS minimizes the drawbacks of sticking and burning of food while evenly distributing heat to cook healthier meals. Its cooking surface is made of top-notch 18/10 food-grade stainless steel, which is hygienic and does not react with acidic ingredients. Its core layer is made of 1.2mm thick aluminium that holds heat for rapid frying while evenly dispersing it for even cooking. Its 0.6mm thick layer SS430 grade base makes it compatible for domestic gas and induction. It comes with a durable outer lid which is pressure-locked when there is pressure inside the cooker and can’t be opened until the pressure falls to a safe level.
